Went in to our Frisch's in Xenia, Ohio today and I'm a Veteran and my meal was free. Most places only allow you to have certain things. You had an open menu up to $10. Service was great (Lynette) and the food as usual was good. Thank you!

They don't have for say a DM but they are called area coaches. But I can possibly find out for u?
If anything try to have a conversation with your manager and express your feelings hopefully they have what's called a open door policy hope this helps
Gilbert Ave is the corporate office not a restaurant. The coupon, unless otherwise stated, would be good at any location.
